when we started this campaign we had very different expectations of how much support we would receive from you. We had talked to several Kickstarter experts and their unanimous response was that Kickstarter is not fit for science-driven projects, but best suited for cardboard games and gizmos. They said we should just focus on selling to industry and the government because the average consumer is not responsive to data and scientific concepts but prefer to get fidget spinner. We still tried and...
You proved them wrong!
We received so many messages and insights via communication and feedback regarding new areas of applications, partnerships, and request for distribution, that we were just swamped. We had to keep our eyes on the target and with 1580% of the original target we realized quickly that we had to turn our matchstick research factory into a lumber yard.
Initially right after the campaign ended we were cash strapped and we had to order supplies, machinery and packaging and optimize several aspects of the process. Not just one part of the process but whole system from chemicals weighing to heating, cooling, mixing, and boxing.
So from the initial lab scale, we doubled our nanopowder production capacity in April-May and then doubled it again in June. Additionally, we are proud to have designed, produced and shipped the diesel version of TriboTEX. We want to thank all of our backers for their support and helping our company grow.
At this moment we are proud to announce that we have shipped a product to everyone who has responded to the Backerkit survey.
He are some things to note:
1) If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please email us at: [email protected]. Most supporters will have received an email with a shipment notification which includes tracking. If you had not check if you filled your survey or coanct us at [email protected]
2) European supporters are receiving their shipment from Germany. It will be arriving to them soon.
3) If you requested a Diesel version for early shipment and have not received it, please contact us at [email protected]. Some Diesel products were shipped separately if you purchased both Regular and Diesel.

If your card was declined for some reason you still can make payment there. We extended our 3-3 deal for people to take advantage of on Backerkit without increasing the shipping cost.

At TechConnect 2017, TriboTEX received the prestigious National Innovation Award! We are elated with the recognition and especially with the validation of our technology we received from the selection committee that consists of top technology experts.
We REALLY appreciate your support. We are "pushing the envelope" to make good deliveries while building a solid base for our business - together. We look forward to your positive feedback and subsequent orders. There have been constraints that caused some unforeseen delay, so, fortunately, some of these are behind us now.

The large majority of rushed shipments will be completed today with some delays on international orders. Rushed shipments are those that will not receive the finalized packaging. If you would like to receive your TriboTEX order and not wait for packaging the deadline to request is Monday, May 8.
