We have your units ready to ship and apologize for delays with the Backer Kit and Exit Surveys. We engaged the Backer Kit fulfillment platform last week. As of today, there are still issues to be worked out with integrating the platform with our shipping system.
We have heard from many backers, in private message conversations, that they do not want to wait for the customized TriboTEX packaging boxes. Instead these backers would like to receive their product earlier, if possible, in a padded shipping envelope. If you are one of those backers, we have opened up a fulfillment channel the old-fashioned way through regular email. If you would like the units you pledged for shipped before the packaging and Backer Kit are online.
